DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: Party Bus reservations require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold reservations. Full fare rate will be charged if you cancel within 14 days of your booking date. There are no refunds for last minute, no shows on day of your service cancellations. Payment must be made in full 24 hours prior to trip, DRIVER WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED TO YOUR PICKUP LOCATION WITHOUT FULL PAYMENT. Credit Card on file will be charged accordingly to agreement above unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Overtime charges will apply after the prearranged drop time described on the run sheet and a charge starting at $100 may be applied for extra stops. A 3.5% processing fee will be added for all card payments.
If cash is not given that night, San Diego Party Tours has the full right to charge the credit card on file. EXACT VEHICLE REQUESTED IS NOT GUARANTEED. San Diego Party Tours is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe road conditions or other delays (ex: icy roads, accidents, etc.) and company will not be held responsible for cancelations due to unforeseen circumstances. Customer cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Sdpartytours@gmail.com.
Overtime pay will apply after prearranged drop time described on the run sheet. If cash is not given that night, San Diego Party Tours has the full right to charge the credit card on file.
Customer understands buses are used for advertising and may have bus wraps marketing different brands.
The following are rules on the bus and if broken could result in a $300 fee.
- No smoking
- No illegal drugs
- No underage drinking
- No standing on seats
- In order to prevent excessively large spills, kegs and barrels of beer, or water coolers filled with liquids are prohibited
- Guests are welcome to bring their own alcohol beverages and enjoy them while riding the bus. However, guests may not carry open containers of alcohol onto or off the bus.
- If you do spill, please clean it up right away.
- No guns and knives
- No sitting on the bar or back of seats
- No glitter and confetti
- Please use the party pole in a safe manner by keeping feet on the floor
- Standing while bus is in motion could result in passenger injury. Company is not responsible for any injuries due to a passenger who stands while the bus is in motion.
Note: San Diego Party Tours is not responsible for any articles brought onto the bus.
DAMAGE POLICY & FEES: The driver inspects each vehicle before, during, and after each rental. In the event of damage, the customer shall be responsible for any repairs or cleaning. The following will result in automatic Damage fee:
- Cracked or Broken Windows and Blinds
- Smoking Burns
- Damage to Seats ($750 fee)
- Damage to Lights, TV, or Stereo Equipment
- Excessively Spilled Fluids
- Any Bio-hazardous Fluid Left Behind
The customer will be held responsible for the total cost of damage. Excessive waste left behind could result in a $300 cleaning fee. Customer is responsible for the actions of the people on the bus and understand that we shall not be held responsible for any actions by passengers leading to personal injury. Card on file will be charged for any damages, excessive waste, and puke fees.
PUKE FEE- $300
MINORS ON BOARD: The consumption of alcohol by minors is strictly prohibited on board our vehicles and is against the law. We reserve the right to inspect the persons and belongings of all minors on our vehicles. Per Section 5384.1 of the Public Utilities Commission Code, if any minor passenger, after signing is found to be, or to have been, consuming any alcoholic beverage during the course of any ride subject to this section, the driver shall immediately terminate the contract of hire and shall return the passengers to the point of origin of the ride. Deposit will NOT BE REFUNDED, and full number of scheduled hours will be charged for violation of this policy.

BY SUBMITTING A DEPOSIT, YOU AGREE YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL AND PLEDGE TO ADHERE TO THE LAW AND AGREED UPON TERMS STATED ABOVE. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT COVERS ALL SAN DIEGO PARTY TOURS PARTNERS AND AFFILLIATES.
