At San Diego Party Tours, we welcome all types of events, including birthday parties, school dances, team celebrations, and family-friendly tours. When minors (under 21 years of age) are part of a group, we follow strict guidelines to ensure a safe and compliant experience for everyone onboard.
Who Is Considered a Minor?
A minor is anyone under the age of 21
This includes:
- Teens attending proms, homecoming, or graduation events
- Children and teens celebrating birthdays
- School, church, or sports team groups
- Any underage guest on a party bus, even if accompanied by adults
Rules & Guidelines for Events Involving Minors
To ensure a safe, legal, and enjoyable ride for all passengers, we enforce the following policies:
No Alcohol Onboard
- Absolutely no alcohol is permitted on any bus where minors are present.
- This applies to both underage and legal-age passengers during mixed-age events.
- Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.
Adult Supervision Required
For events involving minors, we require at least one responsible adult chaperone (25+ years old) to be present on board. If no adult will be on board, a parent or guardian must sign our “Minors on Board Contract”, which will be included with your reservation confirmation documents sent via email after booking.
