Step 1: Gather Your Details
Before reserving, make sure you have the following ready:
Event type
(birthday, wedding, wine tour, etc.)
Date & time
of your event
Estimated guest count
(birthday, wedding, wine tour, etc.)
Pickup & drop-off locations
Preferred bus (or help selecting one)
Any add-ons or special requests
(decor, champagne, restroom, etc.)

Step 2: Contact Our Team
You can reserve your bus by any of the following methods:

Step 3: Secure Your Date
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll send you a reservation agreement and payment link.
- A deposit is required to hold your reservation
- Final payment is due prior to your event (we’ll send a reminder)
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with all event details and contacts
After that—you’re all set!
