How do I book a party bus?
Booking is easy! You can reserve your bus by calling us, or using our online booking form. We’ll help you select the right vehicle, confirm availability, and send over a reservation and payment link. A deposit is required to lock in your date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or popular events like weddings, wine tours, or Del Mar races. Last-minute reservations are welcome, but subject to availability.
What areas do you serve?
We’re based in San Diego and serve all surrounding areas including La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Del Mar, Chula Vista, Carlsbad, Downtown San Diego and more. We also offer long-distance trips to Temecula, SoFi Stadium, and local casinos.
Is alcohol allowed onboard?
Yes—if all guests are 21 or older. BYOB is welcome on adult-only trips. If minors are present, alcohol is strictly prohibited regardless of who brings it.
Do you allow minors on board?
Yes! We frequently host sweet 16s, school events, and youth group outings. Adult chaperones may be required, and no alcohol is permitted on these trips. Visit our Rules for Minors page for full details.
Are your buses equipped with restrooms?
Yes—we are the only party bus company in San Diego offering onboard restrooms on select vehicles like the Coachworks, Mercedes, Stiletto, and Platinum models. Let us know if this feature is important for your trip.
What’s included in the party bus rental?
All rentals include:

What’s the cancellation policy?
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold reservations. Full fare rate will be charged if you cancel within 14 days of your booking date. There are no refunds for last minute, no shows on day of your service cancellations
Can we decorate the bus?
Absolutely! We welcome balloons, signage, and light décor. Just avoid anything that causes damage or excessive mess (glitter, confetti, adhesives, etc.). Let us know your theme—we may even be able to help with setup.
What if our group goes over the passenger limit?
For safety and insurance reasons, we cannot exceed posted capacity limits. Please choose a vehicle that matches your group size, or book multiple buses. We’ll help you plan the best fit.
Can we make stops during the ride?
Yes! We offer custom routes and flexible stop options, whether you’re doing a winery circuit, club hop, or scenic tour. We’ll help you build the perfect itinerary.
Is smoking allowed on the bus?
No. Smoking, vaping, and cannabis use are not allowed on any of our vehicles.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and cash payments.
What happens if we leave something on the bus?
Check out our Lost & Found page! We do our best to reunite guests with lost items and hold valuables for up to 14 days.
Do you provide services for corporate events?
Yes! We offer transportation for team outings, conferences, and VIP client experiences.
