Your safety is our priority—and so is the quality of your experience.
To ensure that every ride with San Diego Party Tours is safe, legal, and enjoyable for all guests, we enforce the following restrictions across all buses and services. Please review this page carefully before your event.

General Restrictions
These rules apply to all passengers regardless of age, group type, or event style.
Illegal Substances
- Possession or use of illegal drugs, including recreational cannabis (even where legal locally), is strictly prohibited on all vehicles.
- Violation may result in immediate termination of service and notification of authorities.

Smoking & Vaping
Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and cannabis) is not allowed onboard any San Diego Party Tours vehicle.
Weapons & Dangerous Items
Firearms, knives, explosives, fireworks, or any dangerous materials are strictly forbidden on our buses.

Disorderly or Unsafe Behavior
Excessive intoxication, aggressive conduct, fighting, or any behavior that endangers others or damages the vehicle will result in immediate removal from the bus and possible legal action.
Age-Related Restrictions
We take extra precautions when events involve guests under 21:
- No alcohol is permitted when any passenger under the legal drinking age is present.
- Adult chaperones may be required, see our Rules for Minors page for details.

Alcohol & BYOB Policies
Yes, we allow alcohol—but only under the right conditions:
- Alcohol is permitted only when all passengers are 21 or older.
- You are welcome to bring your own drinks (BYOB), but excessive consumption that leads to unsafe behavior is not tolerated.
Guests are responsible for ensuring their party abides by state and local laws related to open containers and alcohol use.
Capacity & Movement Restrictions
All passengers should remain seated while the vehicle is in motion unless it’s safe and appropriate to move around the bus.
Standing on seats, hanging out windows, or tampering with equipment is strictly prohibited. Any damage caused by standing on seats, such as holes poked in the seats, will result in a charge/fee.

Damage & Cleaning Fees
You will be held financially responsible for any damage, excessive mess, spills, or bodily fluids left behind on the bus. If cleaning or repairs are necessary after your trip, you may be charged applicable fees. Examples of damage that will incur charges include, but are not limited to:
- Poking holes in seats
- Breaking TVs, screens, or other equipment
- Damaging flooring, walls, or other fixtures
- Excessive trash or debris left behind
Still Have Questions?
Our team is here to help. If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, please ask before your event. We’re happy to review policies or clarify specific restrictions.
Have fun, stay safe, and respect the ride.
