Left something behind on your party bus? We’re here to help.
At San Diego Party Tours, we understand that the excitement of your event can sometimes lead to misplaced belongings. Whether it’s a phone, purse, jacket, or something sentimental, we’ll do our best to reunite you with your item quickly and safely.
Though San Diego Party Tours is not responsible for any articles brought onto the buses, we do keep any articles found after each trip in our lost and found.
How to Report a Lost Item
If you think you left something behind during your tour, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Immediately
The sooner you reach out, the better. We recommend calling within 24 hours of your ride for the best chance of recovery.
If you believe you may have let something behind, please reach out to:

Please include:
- Your full name
- Date and time of your event
- The name on the reservation
- Description of the item
- Where you believe it was left (on the bus, at a specific stop, etc.)
When We’ll Get Back to You
Our team checks buses after every event and collects all found items. If your item is located, we’ll contact you within 1–2 business days with return or pickup options.
Our Lost & Found Policy
- All items are kept for 14 days. Unclaimed items may be donated or discarded after this period.
- Valuables (phones, wallets, IDs, jewelry) are stored securely until claimed.
- Perishables and opened beverages are disposed of immediately.
- San Diego Party Tours is not liable for lost, stolen, or unclaimed items, but we will make every reasonable effort to recover and return lost belongings.
We recommend double-checking your seats, under cushions, and personal bags before exiting the bus at the end of your event.
